I read a bunch of articles on it this morning, now I can't seem to find which one, but one of them was talking about the chance of extraditing, and said that the US would likely block it. They also said that if she traveled to a European country friendly to Italy, she'd pretty much be fucked. Someone in the comments of that article actually listed what countries she should avoid if she travelled abroad.

I don't know the intricacies of extradition, so I don't know if they article was just some blowhard running his mouth, or if there was a level of truth to it.
