How many affilaite programs still pay via PayPal?

We pay many of our affiliates and stores per Paypal, but don't write it all over our sites. After the epassporte desaster I wouldn't trust any of these new payment solutions (of course I don't want to imply that they might do something like epassporte, but it's still a possibilty).

Never had a problem with Paypal, although we always write "Sales Commission" + the invoice number - nothing adult related obviously

They dont. But in many countries the law doesnt even know what e-wallet is. Think further yourself, smart ass.

paypal does not work with adult, so using them for payout would be idiotic...

Well, paypal doesn't work with every country, I'm pretty sure Russia isn't the only one. Still I'd prefer a wire transfer over another wallet service or cheques

That's not totally true. They don't bill for digital adult goods. They've no problem taking money for adult dvds, toys, etc. as far as I know. And a sales commission isn't a "digital adult good" in my opinion.

Several big adult sponsors have been paying me and other affiliates with Paypal for quite awhile without any problems.

Most sponsors I use pay via paypal, others via check and the rest via wire.

Paypal-Payoneer is used a lot there days. I would say pretty much standard.
