    Think I can sell these Pictures?

    Looks like I am going to bail on all my aspirations to build my own super membership site. Missed that boat on that one! So I have thousands of pictures of girls that I have shot for magazines over the years. Is there a market for "soft" "quality" images? Or is it all just hard video? What do you guys think? I am totally unsure how much time I should devote to scanning my whole fucking library.

                                                      Not going to make it to XBiz, sad to say. Too quick a turn around for me, along with my annual MLB spring training trip to Peoria in March, and I have my first grandbaby due the end of March.

                                                      I'm looking to the Florida show in August though. It's a definite possibility.

                                                                                  Honestly, I don't talk to him much these days. He's busy with stuff in Idaho. If something happens with a server he's right there to fix it though.

                                                                                  You shouldn't have a problem with the content. I've seen alot of it over the years (well back in the day) and have always loved it.

                                                                                      photos without videos - marginal value these days. looks like quality stuff but some of it looks dated. not sure how much work or how much cost to scan slides - how many photosets do you think you have and how many images per set?
                                                                                      I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!

                                                                                          I have about 300 sets of 100-200 images. I can scan in house up to 5000x5000 at 300 ppi. I have about 100 sets up online already at www.jayscans.com , but not all are at the really high rez. I figure there must be some bigger adult companies that would want to buy all of it in bulk to put on their sites?

                                                                                              yeah that's the only way to do it - put them all in one package at a blowout price. Jonathan Silverman http://www.contentblowout.com specializes in this type of sale - too bad you waited so long - Jonathan handled Cloud9 Content's blowout sale and they made a small fortune off it - but that was years ago and things are different now, Cloud9 also had some matching videos.

                                                                                              i'm sure with the quality of your sets u can make sales with it.

                                                                                              if you're going to be shooting new adult content you definitely need to shoot video to go along with the stills.

                                                                                                                                              I am asking because I have sold all my pictures to magazines for years and know all the publishers. BUT I have no fucking clue how to sell my pictures to websites. See, it is a totally different deal. Its kind of like how most of the magazines are still struggling to turn their "famous" publishing businesses into a successful web sites.
