                                                                                                                      The guy made less than $150k a year, didn't profit from this at all, and was basically just 'stupid'... tried to hide his mistakes, panicked and tried to compensate for them, and kept losing... vicious circle...
                                                                                                                      apparently he was also involved in some of the settlement/operations side, and new how to manipulate things to avoid setting of flags...
