Yeah I went through that with my ISP the other day... "Hello this is John" can barely understand him his Indian accent was so bad. I responded "Not a good way to start off the convo" he was like "What do you mean sir?" I said "Because your name isn't John with an accent so thick as that, I know you're Indian, tell me your real name."
