I see this tube have edited a lot of videos that they host, removed the text in the right corner of who made / owns video. Like the casting vids from casting.xxx all vids i seen on their site have the text blanked out.

We're in our own dispute with someone who started putting up our content. They removed our watermarks and replaced them with their own and see no problem with it and are saying "just dmca us, we don't care". We killed their affiliate account but now they're using our content to promote something unrelated. Asses.Comment

A - Yeah, sales dropped so I'm sending to another program that does sell.

Who would be dumb enough to do that? You have direct information on who the affiliate is. As long as you are the exclusive owner of the content, and specifically state the content is only to promote your products it's a slam dunk to close an account or go after a domain. Xhamster will digitally fingerprint your videos for free and you can choose what happens to them (delete, truncate) when someone uploads them.
I honestly don't believe they (xhamster) themselves are uploading videos, as their community is beyond huge. Perhaps they started out doing so but that site is a monster now and there is no need to upload anything when you have so many people doing it for you. If you read the blogs of some of the large uploaders they get really jacked out of shape when a lot of their videos get deleted. lol Poor fellas.Comment
