Who care what's good for porn... the country will ruin itself if nothing is changed, and people won't have money for porn anyways.

I rebooted, deleted temp files, history, cookies and everything...still cannot view the news clip. All I see is that fucking gay ass music video from "Rick Roll". Anyone else have a different link to the news clip?
I watched the video and the soldier comes across as pationate and sincere in his thinking...but in my opinion he is misguided in his thinking...and although there are undoubtedly many soldiers that have similar thinking there are undoubedly just as many that have different thinking. There have been thousands of soldiers reenlist while still serving in Iraq and many thousands who have reenlisted after having returned from Iraq and thousands more who have volunteered to return to Iraq.

He wants to return State Rights on everything that is not covered by the Constitution...which by the way is written into the Constitution...and in the past and present...the overwhelming majority of States are not approving of porn. By returning to State Rights...it would simply strengthen what the Supreme Court has previously ruled and that is it is up to community standards. So no...I do not think that his postition is favorable to the adult entertainment industry...which internet porn distribution is but a small part of the industry.

I would like to see the real numbers of who is reenlisting and who is not, based on who has been to Iraq or Afghanistan.
Everyone I personally know who has been to either, did not reenlist and now speak badly about the government. But there are always those guys who live for nothing else other than being a soldier or are totally brainwashed by their country.

The last that I was aware (it has been awhile) the retention rate for the Army was above 60% (68% I think). You can google it and get the most recent information.

And why do you think they do that? Patriotism? That might be part of it... but everyone that I know that reenlisted did it because they felt guilty that their buddies were there... they obsessed about it... they couldn't think about anything else. Being over there did something to them that has changed their lives forever... and I don't think it's a positive thing. My uncle STILL talks about Vietnam like that.

It is a known fact that once soldiers enter a combat situation they do not fight for love of country...mom...or apple pie. They fight for there comrades in arms. The comraderie runs deep...even in peace time. Serving in peace time changes people...serving in combat even more so. Different people enlist and reenlist for multiple reasons. A person that served with me in the '91 Gulf War...put in eighteen years...and after two tours of duty in Iraq...got out...two years short of retirement...because he felt that three tours in two different wars was his limit. He thought about it for a few months and since he had joined the Reserves after leaving active duty he reapplied for active duty. He is currently on active duty and serving his fourth tour in Iraq even though his retirement time is completed.
