Looks like you are off to a good start. Easy on the airbrushing. This is especially important for a solo model site. Solo sites are about community and interaction with the model. Try to focus on that as much as you can. To advertise, check out what the other solo girl sites are doing.

My advice would be to give her a better branded name, like pornstars

PNG is the format of the future, what rock did you folks crawl out from under? When optimized properly they offer huge benefits over GIF and JPEG, including an alpha channel for blended transparency. The PNGs used in this layout are minuscule.. even the largest is something like 150x50 pixels and certainly not making any impact filesize-wise. The load time is hurt by the gigantic background photos used (JPEGs mind you).

Mark, I agree with the others: ditch the name. XoXo does nothing for me, in addition to being overused and hard to remember (or at least not stand-out easy). Your tour doesn't do much for me, although the girl herself is smoking hot. Downloadable video, more photos, some text (about me, blog entry, something), and a few pages lengthier.. all come to mind. On the calendar, try using 2+ font colors to differentiate between live shows, off days, and updates. And of major importance, add a sign up link to EVERY page that is not in your members area.

Just some immediate thoughts scribbled down, will try to give it a more thorough look-through this evening.

I don't like the fact that music started playing with no way to turn it off that was obvious. That being said, is that music you have on the splash page licensed for use in this manner? If not, I recommend finding a soundalike song that's royalty free if you don't want music companies up in your ass.

The name is terrible, but everyone already said that. You're going to end up at the bottom of any alphabetized lists.

1) You need to find a new name for the girl. It should be short, easy to remember and not have a lot of easy to misspell issue. ie: Leah Luv could be Leah Love. Leah Star might be better or Leah Powers, Leah Lance or maybe Leah Storm. Whatever name you pick make sure it has the associated .com available LeahWHATEVER.com. Buy that domain.

2) With your new name and domain name in place it's time to go through your entire start and optimize all of your images and make them web ready. No thumbnail image should be over 20k, let alone 100k! Your tour pages need to load lightning fast.

3) Ditch the music. Besides the fact that it can be distracting to some people, you also probably don't own the legal rights to use such a song and that means it could get you in legal trouble as well. Do not screw with the music industry. They crazy. :P

4) Once you have completed the image optimization process go look into a program like NATS or another related program to run an affiliate program so that you can pay other people to promote the site for you. CCBill also has one if you want to do it on the cheap.

5) Go make some banners now to promote your affiliate program and add it (within the guidelines of GYF sigs) to your signature here. Now you can participate in the community all while promoting your affiliate program.

6) Make the "contact" link, go to a form to fill out. Not a linked email address. Will appear more professional that way.

7) No offense but she is not a "supermodel" and you will find it is probably best not to misrepresent her as one. She's a model, a porn star (possibly?), a cyber stripper, a web cam girl, but not a "super model". Cindy Crawford is a super model. How about ... The official home of 18 year old sex sensation Leah --- last name ---.
