Thats not my point. My point is if you lived in NY under Dinkins and saw the damage he did to the city you would realize how good of a leader guiliani is. He came into a really bad fucked up situation much like our government is in now. He made NY safe for families, got people working again, held NY together under the worst terrorist attack on US soil.

Not 100% sure if the radio issue is true or not but 5 Blocks from the south tower isnt very far. I've walked 5 blocks from the WTC, takes only a few minutes in good weather. Holy shit what did you want the Mayor and city managers to do? Did he want the city leaders to stand in debris and in a building that was damaged, no water, electrical, or phone service?
