According to xhamster, pirates are now "Content Producers"

All of those scenes are pirated, yet according to Xhamster this is a "content producer" who gets to put their banner below each video.

But according to xhamster in order to be a "content producer" you have to:
"1. You need to own rights for the content. Be ready to provide documents (2257, ids, model releases)."

I guess xhamster doesn't even really check if you are a content producer or not. Just say you are and you don't have to pay those pesky advertising rates.

Is this gonna get ugly, now? Huh? I hope not. Because I thought what we were here, racial differences notwithstanding, was just a couple of old friends. You know, just both of us Californians.

I dont memorize content and who owns what but whats to say this guy didnt buy content and just put it up .. to as you say avoid the advertising rates?

The top three things that sell on tube sites are

Male Enhancement
Cams
Dating

So why not spend a few grand on some good content and join their partner program and get free ad space for the life of the site???

Like Chris said, I don't memorize content and who owns what either, but the only thing I can see that hints at pirated content is the length of the videos... And that's about 1% trustworthy... So many people are calling sites pirate sites because of the length of the videos... That's entirely not true.

Now if these videos are yours and that's what you're basing it off, then okay, but I don't see anything that shows it's pirated.

It is not even 1000's of dollars with content like my original post said

$300 can get you about 20 videos 10-20 min in length and that was just 5 minutes of searching. I'm sure i can find 20 videos at 30+ min for the same 300

if anything you just gave a ton of webmasters an idea to abuse the partner program tube sites offer ;)

You think someone who purchased full length movies rendered the videos at that quality?

And how many click thru's do you think that those vids get?

The Partner Programs that the current tubes offer is a joke. It benefits the site, the advertising, and the people cleaning money through the operation. Everyone else is getting a large stick up their arse.

This video on that users profile likely got 50 clicks. Young Middle Eastern Teen Banged Hard. 50 clicks on a 38:16 minute movie. He made exactly no sales on that.

That is the truth. Tubes are a joke, people really need to start thinking about what it is they are doing.

Oh I don't know...I guess having to DMCA so far 11 videos uploaded by them.

Or maybe real content creators will realize tubes are fucking them over and have been since day one. But they probably won't.

I agree that length of video means nothing. But if you know content then you know this stuff is not licensed. It's like finding The Dark Knight Rises for free on YouTube.
