Agreed, send him something to atleast try to get his business back. If its good, he will buy back but that tshirt would make me feel bad I paid for 26 months everyday in a very visual way

If i had to guess: when they rebill that long, it's either
#1: an obsessed fan

or

#2: they simply forgot to cancel and they don't bother looking at their credit card statements. (and they keep billing until the exp date on their new card changes)
