The only thing that sucks is some STDs don't show up on tests for months at a time, and there are diseases you can catch that can't be tested for, even with a condom on.
I would think it depends on the star too. From what I've seen, many of them are very choosy about who they will work with and what kind of activities they do. I'm sure many of them are VERY clean.

In contrary, there's still a risk but the risk is lower than the risk of contracting a disease from a prostitute.
