How much do you know about the web/adult industry? If you know and have experience on the web (possibly from mainstream) this shouldn't be too difficult for you, although you will need to learn the terminology and be willing to work your ass off. "Work" consists of much more than building sites. You need to read articles, read message boards, experiment, meet people, and basically live/breath porn.

When I started I made some decent money without spending any, but having 4 years web experience really helped. Check out various sponsors and use up their free content to build site after site. From what I hear, TGP sites won't accept galleries with free content, so don't rely on that stream of traffic. Instead build free sites, search engine sites, and anything else you can think up.

Each site you create should have a link back to your main "hub", which in turn links to each of your various sites. Once you get some traffic flowing, you'll be able to trade some links from your hub and get some nice fresh traffic into your network.

To get your initial boost of traffic, submit to the various link lists and porn directories. They'll all want a reciprocal link, so dupe your site in various creative ways. You should receive small bursts of traffic from these link lists, but if you build and submit sites daily you can plan on having a nice little traffic flow, although it might not be all that productive.
