                                                          If kill some one in the UK and found guilty you will most likely get 10-15 years at the most.
                                                          If you behave good you get a reduced sentence too.. wtf is with that..lol

                                                                          I reckon they should rent prison space abroad and outsource. Send em to Indian prisons - that'll be a serious deterrent, they'll save a fortune for tax payers and wont have such a tough regulatory environment to deal with.

                                                                              that's the case in most European countries, I'm shocked to see people getting sentenced to 3 years for kidnapping n shit, in South Africa due to the high crime rate there's a minimum sentence for violent crimes, armed robbery - 15 years for first offence and it doesn't matter if you're armed with AK47, fork, or a screwdriver
