I'm convinced that ShaveBucks has written a worm to infect all programs running .. well anything and that shaves 92.6% of sales into its own hidden account that nobody notices getting paid most of the net revenue of the program, and because of that, pussyserver has decided he/she/it is bad.

You're going to spend a small fortune in lawyers and an obscene amount of time going back and forth over this? It just doesn't make any sense at all, why not take down the site and or advise the other mysterious "person" that you sold it to remove it and that will be the end of it?
I'm sure your new employers (ATK) don't appreciate the fact that they have been brought into this and you are spending their company time defending yourself on message boards about slandering your previous employer.
