I was just looking at that...past 7 days 31 positives

He most likely gets about 50 sales a week at $10 that's about $500.

You can't sue eBay for this any more than you can sue the swapmeet for some guy selling bootleg CD's.

However, you should be able to sue those fuckers selling the CD's. Until you make an example of a few of them, they have no reason to stop doing it.

I know of an incident where a porn star bid, won, and purchased a bootleg copy of a movie she did. She busted the guy, and I do believe he was charged with using the us postal service for fraud and got in really big trouble.
