They gave me a server and I can't do anything with it and they still haven't returned my calls. About to tell my CC processor to deny the charges if I don't hear anything from them.

come on ... there must be more to this .... do you know how to manage a server l ....? if not, you should have taken with a control panel such as WHM/Cpanel ...
