Barack Obama is no genius, I listen to him without a script and he is not impressive. He wouldn't have been at Harvard if not for the color of his skin. He wasn't a standout during his time at a Chicago law firm. He's a very confident guy, and has some charisma.

My guess is Obama and Bush would score pretty close to each other on an IQ test.
