After talking it over with my partner, we're officially putting these 2 sites up for sale. These sites have been around for quite some time, are making some nice coin, and the ad's are consistently sold out on a monthly basis (with many people re-buying multiple months). The typical revenue earning model that most are used to aren't in play with these sites. Revenue is generated based on pre-paid plug package sales, as opposed earning based on sales sent to sponsors. #1. Shermsshack.com has been online 6 years and 41 days, as of today.
MyExGf.com has been online 4 years and 193 days, as of today.
#2. Shermsshack.com is a PR4 and gets 556 SE hits a day.
Myexgf.com is a PR3 and gets 1362 SE hits a day.
According to Trade Expert, Shermsshack.com got 4,590,537 from December 1st til January 16th (47 days = 97,671 raws a day)
According to Trade Expert, MyExGf.com got 3,032,579 from December 1st til January 16th (47 days = 64,522 raws a day)
(The 2 sites total 162,193 raw hits a day)

$3450 in prepaid plug packages sold per month on shermsshack.com
$1650 in prepaid plug packages sold per month on myexgf.com
~$1500 per month in CPC ad revenue
$350 in misc. ad revenue through Dec.
$5000 prepaid dating ad package for xx joins...Renewed after joins are paid off. (averages about $400 a month revenue)
($7350 total per month)
#5. The 2 sites use approximately 30mbps...Based on what you get per mbit with your host, you can figure out what the hosting will be monthly. On average from what I hear from most hosts, you can estimate that the cost is generally around $15 per mbit (would run you $450 a month at that rate).
#6. We do purchase traffic monthly. This runs approximately $1600, but can be purchased at a much cheaper rate from other sellers. We pay a high premium for this traffic.
#7. Both sites were designed by Twisted Illustration (Now called punchbunny.com). Each design was $600.
#8. Both sites run on modded versions of Babelogger.
#9. Both sites run on Trade Expert (http://www.tradeexpert.net/) which ran us $750.
#10. The buyer will have my partner working with him for 30 days to make sure the traffic maintains while the system is learned. He/she will also be led in the direction of how to keep the traffic flowing once the 30 day support is completed.
