    Why aren't tube sites banned from the SE's?

    There should have been major complaints to the SE's about them already so how come i see alot of them still indexed in SE's?

      I think torrents would go first if that was to happen, but it wont.

              why should the search engines remove the rankings they are not violating the copyright of anyone by pointing you to the content.

              In the case of torrents they are not even pointing you to the content they are pointing you to someone who is also pointing to the content.

                          no search engines do, they don't actually host the content

                          there is no direct copyright infringement there.

                          In the case of torrents it is even more removed because the .torrent files don't have any copyrighted material in them either

                          they just point to the location of the content.
