... relax. Stuff happens. Plenty of things can go wrong in any complex system, which of course includes things which might be beyond their control sometimes. CCBill has been trusted since the dawn of time and have probably done a great job for you so far. Not giving them a drop of credit or time to fix a problem isn't fair to them.

You will need servers, software, hardware, bandwidth, agreements with banks, credit, expertise, lawyers, technical support, programmers, sales people, trade show and online presence, and proof that you're better than CCBill. Kind of a hard thing to do, guy...
