    Nifty Stats update (Virus?)

When I try to update, I get my antivirus warning

    "A Virus Was Found!"

Anyone have this problem updating Nifty Stats too?

Nifty Stats is a fucking good tool. Its like Unified Stats but a better one in my opinion.

I would guess that its because of the way the prog works - communicating with other servers.

It says in that ScreenCap 'Trojan(gen)'.

Dont stake your life on it - but thats my guess.....

Avast calls everything a virus. I wouldn't believe shit that it says. I've seen it call a WoW update a virus as well as a .psd that I created myself.

avast is crap ... it can not catch real virus/spyware so it makes false alarms to appear usefull Buy nod32 and you will never ever have false alarms like this

Run netstat when using niftystats. Maybe avast is right.
