My sites and the content of my sites (wordpress blogs) have disappeared and I now see the wordpress message asking me to install wordpress for the first time! WTF ?

Same thing happened to me with a joomla installation once a long time ago with a different host... Host couldn't help. This is the first time i have a problem like this with wordpress.
It started when i got an email saying: Your new WordPress blog has been successfully set up.
You can log in to the administrator account with the following information:
Username: admin
Password: User already exists. Password inherited.Comment

Emails you a back up of your BD and WP files daily, No cron or any tech knowledge required. I like to set up a gmail addy for archiving WP backups just to be safe

Will cache WP so it is less load on the MySql database great if you are on a slower server or get a ton of traffic
