I think it's a very good idea..
India obviously does not have the EPA like we have. They certainly do not have the rules, regulations and fines that we have. So now you have the example of likely the worst industrial accident in history (not including Chernobyl as that was energy related) that happened due to poor regulations.
It's the same as using China as example and showing that because they don't have a tough EPA like we do, as reason air in their major cities is un-breathable. We were on that same course back as late as the 40's but thanks to bringing about strong rules & regulations we have cleaned our act up significantly. Yet even today we still create a lot of pollution..
No I don't own a company that has anything to do with pollution, but I do own a human body and hope to keep it a while longer.
