The next thing I am going to have done is integrating the Epoch API into Kayako so that when someone opens a ticket it searches for their record and presents it in the customer info screen. From there will have one click retention, billing extensions and cancellations.

I've given up using their stats - I've complained and all I get told is to use another browser - WTF?
I feel old since I started SpeedoFetish.com back in 2001.

CCBill works fine if you don't make sales and there is no data to pull. Otherwise it goes like like this: Slow stats. Waiting... No stats. Browser freeze. F4. Reboot.

I still love the consistant payouts every week.

i think in this case soon means, never going to happen.

i dont use ccbill because their stats sucks so bad you cant tell where your sales come from. only morons advertise without knowing where their sales come from. or people who don't make sales at all.

Ya i'm surprised they dont even care to post those replies anymore.

I think ccbill reps are required to not post on GFY anymore on anything that is showing ccbill negatively.

I don't get ccbill. They must have tons of cash to throw at this problem. Why not get in touch with a serious webshop and get a modern, responsive html5 design and a new high-iperforming backend. Sure they got a _lot_ of data but this problem is solvable.

There's a wonderful song by the band Yes, from their album Tales From Topographic Oceans, called "Soon".

Or was that song on the album Relayer?

Anyway, I hope this was helpful. :D

IBILL's stats interface in 1998 was better than CCBILL's is today...

I don't get it, it's all database driven, why not just make a new simple and easy to use stats interface. Shouldn't take a single programer more than a couple of months.

I tried to look up one day - 24 hours worth - of sales on affiliateadmin.ccbill.com, and this is as far as I got.

It's really frustrating that ccbill continue to use this antiquated and broken stats system.

I tried to look up one day - 24 hours worth - of sales on affiliateadmin.ccbill.com, and this is as far as I got.

It's really frustrating that ccbill continue to use this antiquated and broken stats system.

I'm sure their overhaul will cost millions of dollars considering all the data they house.

Consider all the flaky traffic now and all the remote applications demanding stats all the time. Their system is probably really taxed out and there isn't much they can do until they get a better backend server software architecture.

Nope... great thing about programming and databases is that it makes no difference if you need to write it for one database entry or 50.0000 a day. The programming stays the same.

And while they're programming, it would be great if they could build a system where they rotate programs for you, depending on the traffic, targeted to the audience you send them. It's not hard to program something like that. And everybody would benefit... Ah well...
