...does this mean i could offer any secondary billing solution to visitors who have failed signups, as long as there is no option for VISA offered through the scondary? i think that in many foreign locales Mastercard is *very* prevalent, maybe more so than VISA perhaps? are there any rules that would prohibit us taking MC in "cross-regional" situations, so to speak..? thx for the input all..
