I personally love red onions (have you ever had them grilled? delish!) but Scott Conant thinks they are wretched and foul, no matter how they are prepared. But some idiots, even knowing this, put them in their dishes and say "yeah, we know you aren't a fan of red onions, but..." and typically, their dumbasses get chopped!
