    Zombaio users.. just a heads up...

    Check your join pages on their side (the actual one on secure.zombaio.com) and make sure it displays the correct company info. Some how, some way, ours got screwed up and currently displays a company name that is not ours and is in no way related to us.

    We're not sure at this time if this error is merely a display bug, or if it's crediting sales for our sites to another company. We're investigating this as best we can.

    If you're not sure where to look, it's at the top of their join page, directly below the Zombaio logo, and says something like (ours):

    Zombaio.com (CFG AB), the merchant of record, is the payment processor, authorized distributor, merchant and access management provider for BRICE Media Network Ltd - http://www.trikepatrol.com
    This is not meant to be a drama filled thread, so if all you're going to do is stir the drama pot, go elsewhere. The purpose of this thread is to serve as a warning to those who process through zombaio to check their join pages to make sure the proper company info is displayed.

              It has been like that for as long as I can remember.

              Just a guess but I think that is done so we don't have to pay cc reg fees.

                  OP, are you referring to the 'Brice Media' name or was the site URL incorrect?

                  If you're referring to the Brice Media part, yeah, that's normal. Other variations include Esio Media. Zombaio is a third party processor, which means that th processing is in the name of another company (and we avoid Visa/Mastercard fees, as stated above).

                  if you log into your admin panel you should be able to confirm every payment that was made through your site. Compare that to you sites user logs if you wanna double check you've been credited for every sale

                      Yeah, they just confirmed the same to us. My apologies to anyone who might have been falsely worried as well as to zombaio.
