How long is it taking to get your adwords ads approved?

my last one just got approved. and it took them whole week to do it. I have sent three times "hurry up notice"

usually it gets approved in few hours.

a day and forever most of the time so i stopped using it couple of years ago

Usually within 5-10 minutes.

I imagine that's because you already have another, maybe a primary, campaign already running?
