Best Converting Adult Sites Are...

I'm curious what's working for you guys? I realize everyone has a different type of traffic that appeals to different types of sites. I'm hoping to see some sort of trends and ideas for recreating or making new sites for our program. I have some ideas but would love to hear from you guys personally.

Please NO programs pushing their own sites and webmasters please don't say entire programs. Please be site specific, and if you can please mention the the type of traffic you are pushing to it.

No offense, but I think you are asking the wrong question. imho, the question isn't about what site is doing well because there are millions of sites out there and frankly most of the companies that generated tons of ubiquitous sites, chasing a niche or trying to run on usually fading starlet power, are the ones in the most trouble.

So I would be very skeptical of most of the "check this out it is converting like mad" lines. Every day those programs with tons or sites are collapsing under the weight of their own hubris.

BRAND.

That is what makes a difference. You have been around long enough to know a lot more than most. Look at who has survived and thrived and compare it up with the mega progs of yesteryear... the successful sites that have brand forward approaches, not programs with a ton of sites no one gives a crap about after a week of trial membership, that is who continues to do well. Study the brands; look at programs like ATK, Abby Winters, and yes even HGV, and you will get a sense of what I am talking about.

Mike...what I've found with our own site is that just buying content and making a site doesn't really cut it if you want to make good money on a new project.

We do great because of interaction. Look at what Porn Star Platinum is doing...they are signing up well known girls and opening "solo girl sites" for them. Then the girl is shooting for the site AND tweeting it AND FaceBooking it AND webcamming...so you get a lot of valuable interaction along with the content (and the content will just get pirated anyway)

If I were in your shoes, I'd think about something along those lines. Maybe niche it out. A line up of Latina solo girl sites? Or granny porn stars (a lot of those girls on Score Cash granny sites have a ton of fans for instance)?

To have highly interactive sites like that with the "star" of the site interacting with the members and marketing it herself via social networking is a gold mine in this day and age.
