Selling great domain and developed site:
www 2hot4blog com

- this is WordPress blog and it's very easy to use
- there is no need to know HTML
- site is 3 years old
- it has +150 custom made galleries:
www 2hot4blog com/?page_id=1448
- it is registered and makes money from sponors
- it has scripts that counts traffic into galleries, whole site and front page
- it has traffic trade partners

I'm selling it because I don't have time to run it anymore (got baby). Now traffic dropped to 5000 a day (front page) and 5000-8000 a day (galleries). It was 4 times more 6 months ago. It's easy to push up traffic just need to work on site 2-3 hours a day.

The hosting now costs me $10 a month. It used to be $340 a month. I got special deal now.
This is last 11 month's profit from site:
01 = $1800
02 = $2000
03 = $2600
04 = $1400
05 = $1500
06 = $1800
07 = $1100
08 = $1100
09 = $900
10 = $1000
11 = $700

The money is generated from sign-up's, text links, CPM banners and direct sponsor deals (banners and paid plugs).

I'm selling it for $15.000.

I'll help anyone who buys this site to run it for 1 month. I can send couple of thousands of visitors every day for one month from my other sites just to push up the traffic.

What kind of proof do you need? Do you want screenshots from sponsors?

The bandwidth for 11.2007. was 168 GB on galleries and 82 GB on all other pages including MySQL base.

The bandwidth for 01.2007. was 598 GB on galleries and for 06.2007. was 298 GB on galleries. I have no data on other pages because I moved to another server 3 months ago.

I work with a large adult company who might be interested in this but I have to ask... what in the world has happened to your alexa ranking over the past 2 years?

I would post the Alexa link but I have less than 30 posts. And, I know Alexa is only a ten thousand foot view but compete also follows this trend on your site.

It's gone south pretty steadily.
