With Pornhub and others giving away everyone's content for free (and with some sponsors helping it along by giving them content they won't give their affiliates) ratios have crashed on affiliates and many have left the industry. Combine that with rampant shaving and it has sent even more away. I have sponsors who did an acceptable 1:2,000 for the last couple years who suddenly started doing 1:9,000 in July and ever since (on MPA3). There is a certain dating sponsor who went from 1:1000 to over 1:4000 last April and now shaves at least 1/3 of my uniques based on my data. Then there is an even bigger dating sponsor who completely crashed around September for new joins and rebills. This kind of thing sends affiliates away and we get skeptical when new sponsors come along and decide it may not be worth the hassle trying to push you. You are doing one thing right at least. You are using CCBill which makes it less risky to try out a new site. I might give you a shot. You can't be any worse than 1/9000, right? ;)
