Uninstall it. Install Trillian 2.

I can not figure out where the history is. That is the primary feature I can not find for now.

Anyone know how to make it minimize to the task bar?

I know that you can close it when it is at the bottom and it stays active in the task bar, but as soon as you open it again (from the task bar) it comes right back to the bar at the bottom.

Another thing, sorting by name.

With older versions I could sort by name as well as by whether they are on or offline. This version seems to mix on and offline contacts together unless I hide all offline contacts.

At the top of the ICQ table there is a window above your name that reads ?main? and ?contacts?, click on the contacts button and a window will drop...from there you can set preferences or you can right click over the persons name to view categories and I believe settings.

I uninstalled ICQ 6 and got it back to 5.1

hmm aren't they sorted by name automatically and status with you?

They are sorted by name, with the online and offline contacts all listed together.

Need to figure out setting custom away messages too now.

that will be an option when you change your status (write a note > insert new message).. but weird that they are listed together :/ mine are sorted by name and status as default
