I am discussing a similar topic with Ama Kings and Dogfart already. Dogfart has a simple but good solution:

Some affils/partners get a password and when we see for example a torrent or full tube video, we submit the URL which goes to Dogfart as a simple report but at the same time it goes to their anti-piracy partners like RYC.. I don't know the details, but this could easily be an effective tool against piracy. Woj did this as far as I know, maybe he can tell more about it.

Step 1: Get as many of the porn producers on board - offer them to remove their stuff for free. Good networking for you, that might in the future bring more business for you.

Step 2: Setup reward program to surfers, webmasters etc. who report stolen videos

Step 3: Build system that automates the sending of DMCA to the sites PLUS (and this is importen) their entire supply line (domain registrar, hosting company, ad networds, google, other sites linking in etc. everyone how makes money from the stolen goods, direct or indirect)

Step 4: Get agressive lawyers that can fight in both USA, EU and Asia, no cure no pay, sue, sue, sue. Make money from settlements, and sell of sites/domains that you win. Send reports every 1-2 months to policy makers, politicians, media etc. in USA, EU and Asia on the succes and problems you have fighting the illegal sites. Tell of places that habor illegal porn places.

Step 5: Make noice.

you do know that the US accounts for 11.4% of all internet traffic which would me a vast majority of torrent sites and servers are outside of the US and untouchable unless you have deep pockets.
