Before you answer that - I'm not looking for freebies, or handouts, or anything like that. Hell, if you knew what the hot new shit would be, you probably wouldn't be talking much about it here. I'm not looking for the golden ticket, however, I'm sure we can all figure out what it's going to be before too long.
I ask because, as a consultant, I'm constantly trying to stay ahead of the curve to plan what kind of technologies I can expect to jump into. I think that's what makes me good at what I do. I like to apply technology in ways never before expected or thought about, and most of the time when I do, it's a great success. By asking this question I'm trying to see how I can adapt a bit more and become better at what I do when implementing these new technologies.
So, where does that leave us? Traffic? Bandwidth? CDNs? Content, content content? Russian babes? Japanese? Cheap hosting? Free hosting? Who knows.
