You expect webmasters to join a program based on a "sure" company, yet unable to provide any transparency as to which company they are dealing with or in what jurisdiction they are trading - and whether, as you claim, this is in fact, not lies, about your ability to comply with VISA EU rulings.

We have a Euro partner. Therefore we are allowed to bill via Euro CCBill. Our CCBill address and Paycom address are located in Europe.
All of this was thoroughly checked out. Thanks for your concern.
We used CCBill as our main backend. This was to make the affiliate feel more comfortable. I think a lot would agree with that in the last few months.
We NOW are about to add in our Paycom account that we already had setup and all sites approved long ago. As we were considering doing cascading via a 3rd party setup.
The peanut gallery can remain quite and mind their business.

It is irrelevant whether you are possibly (other than "I'm sure") part of a public corp or not. It's a very simple issue - any business person wants to know who the hell they are trading with. And that's not a $10 domain name.
So basically from what you have said so far, your "Euro partner" who is not a party to the "sure" LLC in which you may be involved, is an unknown and un-declared party, using their own corp, who transact in the EU. And.... as you have already said, "you" are not involved in that EU corp.
So... legally "you" do not transact business in the EU in any form.
Dunno my man... but there are obvious "issues" and sounds like one seriously amateur arrangement.Comment

The truth is you don't owe them or anyone else on this board a damn thing. I don't know you and have never spoken with you so I know it's not my business either way, but now that you have a program I would just worry about making it the best that it can be and not letting those that only exist on this board to attack get under your skin.
