                                          That's a little presumptuous don't ya think?

                                          No catch, you can transfer it, you can do whatever you want with it. If you want the three months of hosting you can have it no strings attached, you can continue hosting with me for a few bucks a month if you want.

                                          I'm a business man, not a swindler, if there was a catch like that I wouldn't include it as part of this sale.
