While I dont see any harm in flash mobs I can totally back this theory up. Plenty else positive could be done. Especially in large numbers. They could all clean up a block in 2 minutes.
Damn i just figured it out.
They can look at their town or wherever they plan this shit. Plan out a strategic pick me up. and see how fast they can do it. Fix the leaning post or trim a tree or clean up a park or paint a poor families house in 5 minutes.
Now that shit would be impressive.
