They were dealt with but your unauthorized content was on their site and it took quite some time to get it removed. There really is no difference between them and the shit bags at $35PPS other than you know one of them. Both used unauthorized content of yours and eventually that content will be gone from both.
How do you know $35PPS doesn't have a site where they collect user submitted content so they can build new sites with it? I doubt they do, but how do we know they don't? But if they do, then the content on their site is 100% like the content on PornHub, and they are equally "criminal" as you called the one you don't know.
The truth is, neither of us know exactly how your content ended up on either site. All we know is what we are told. And we both know this industry is FULL of liars. Sometimes those we thinnk are "friends" turn out to be the worst of them all.
