Adult theme...but seriously needs to be functional...not just porting my existing site over...also if you know a thing or two about the rules for xxx sites/apps on Google Play or App market please post here.

Before you spend any money, just note that adult content or even links to adult sites are against the TOS of apple\google stores. Apple will reject any app with even a hint of adult content at the approval stage, Google will delete any such app they find\is reported to them (you don't need to have your android app pre-approved for google play).
You can of course deliver android apps to users outside the google play store, but you lose the benefit of the distribution reach it provides and it's difficult to get users to install apps outside the market.Comment
