you can try a site called 192.com which searches the electoral register and phone directories amongst other things, probably won't have cell phone numbers though only landlines.

Long shot, but maybe try facebook if he happens to be relatively young.

If you have an idea where he went to school, a lot of people signed up at friendsreunited.co.uk. If he is on there you can pay the small yearly fee and contact him through there.

You might be able to use the Electoral roll for the UK which gives you thier address if they have registerd to vote

Tried all the social networks and 192.com - no luck. (192.com has a shitty payment/registration system man!) He went to school in the US and moved about 3 or 4 years ago.

Looks like his former employer maybe my only hope of reaching this guy.

Yeah, 192.com says they have his wife's name in teh electoral DB but their system is so fucked up I can't even get registered and pay for the data. Is there some free access to the electoral roll somewhere?!

I got 1 address that is 2 years old for him, and 3 addresses under his wife's name, as recently as 2007 electoral roll!

Unfortunately no phone numbers, so I guess I'll just fedex his ass at all 3 addresses and see what happens.

You could also try the uk yellow pages if you have the last address you might be able to find his wifes telephone number on it
