Obama surges in New Hampshire, Clinton cries

    http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20080107/...sa_politics_dc
At a campaign event in Portsmouth, Clinton choked up and grew uncharacteristically emotional as she talked about her reasons for seeking the presidency in the November election.

"Some of us put ourselves out there and do this," she said, her voice breaking and her eyes glistening with tears, "against some pretty difficult odds and we do it each one of us because we care about our country."

"But some of us are right and some of us are wrong," she said in a hesitant, quaking voice. "Some of us are ready and some of us are not."

The incident resurrected memories of former Maine Sen. Edmund Muskie's tears during the 1972 New Hampshire campaign, credited with helping to bring down his front-running bid.
So much for being the next Margaret Thatcher.

    GO OBAMA GO!!!!!!!!!!!

          I don't either, and I'm very liberal.

She's too calculating, conniving, and has this sense of entitlement as if she deserves to be president and the other guys don't.

If Hillary were to be the nominee I wouldn't vote for her. I would vote republican if McCain were the nominee, or I'd cast a protest vote for the libertarian or green party or something like that.

            I like Hillary Clinton.

I don't see a young Black man at presidency, jesus christ, this country is gonna be run again by a puppet.

I want a strong President not a young unexperienced man, or a religious nut like Huckabee.

            President Mike Huckabee?

The best answer came, not surprisingly, from the best Republican campaigner so far — Mike Huckabee.
            Clinton deserved to win.

Did anyone really think Hillary would win the primaries? Come on, get real.

That whole Rose law firm mess, she looks like a crooked lawyer like you said "calculating, conniving, and has this sense of entitlement"

I'm a libertarian but find myself voting AGAINST the democrat nominee not FOR the republican nominee.

Maybe Edwards will step up now.

McCain is also kicking some major ass.

Obama is the only decent candidate that has a chance really, the rest are bible bashers or just plain idiots. I mean like, I don't mind lite-christians but people like Huckabee drive me insane.
