Just a side note, there is an insane amount of misconception on how the Canadian Health Care System works. One of them is being "free". It is NOT free, however it is universal health care system (publicly funded) - which MEANS if you're a Canadian or a legal immigrant you will be covered. Like others mentioned in here, we all pay for it through various tax sources like sales and income. If you are looking to take advantage of a health care system I would suggest some of the Scandinavian countries like Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden OR a place like Switzerland but goodluck with your venture.
