It's not our number one choice because cPanel makes their own builds of server software (also too many dependencies), also it only runs on CentOS which is a memory hog. But we have cPanel/WHM licenses available as addons at XenLayer. The VPS licenses are slightly cheaper than the dedicated server licenses. DirectAdmin or any other free control panel like zPanel, ISPConfig3 (built for nginx) or Virtualmin are also not a problem to install and manage.
