Good question and I have thought a lot about this, legally I can sell to anyone but morally I would feel very uncomfortable selling to a criminal, so I will use my judgement and require a copy of ther DL and sign a bill of sale. That should be enough to scare off felons.
Guns I will be selling not even dealers have so I have no competition really, Ar15's with bump stocks installed, Calico 9mm pistol with a 100 round clip, things like that. Still thinking about keeping my Saiga 12's, I picked up cases of 10 round clips for them but I think when the ban comes the Saiga 12's might be on the you gotta turn in list.
