Farmers over here in the UK used to get around £125 per tonne but with the summer being really wet this year I guess they are getting more

Completely inaccurate. It has to be applied by the book or you lose safe harbor. You can't have favors for buddies and still claim safe harbor. DMCA doesn't work that way.

What tube sites / file lockers do you guys own?

BUT, I can and WILL take anything off my website any damn time I want. And it has NOTHING to do with DMCA.

If somebody tells me they don't want their stuff on my tube site...down it comes.

It's still MY website. And Pornhub is Manwin's. They don't ask for permission from anyone to change a font or a color do they? And they have NO legal reason that they MUST leave up any video on their site.

They could just randomly delete a thousand of them if they feel like it. This whole DMCA translations by attorneys do have some basis...if a person sends you a DMCA you need to act on it.
But it was never intended to force you to have videos on your own site that you don't WANT to.
