I guess I really meant to say that I have had the name appraised many times for 4 and 5 figures.

These were expensive appraisals that provided me certificates of authenticity of their appraisal values and they even certified the certificates.

After spending $100 or more on each of many appraisals, I believe I have a true value range for this domain name. Well worth the research to find true value.

Now do you doubt me and the value of my domain name?

I paid them $100 - $200 for each appraisal and they said the more appraisals that support a particular value, the better. I have invested a bunch of money into BeansMeUpSnotty.com and I know it is pure gold!

Everyone, please stop e-mailing me telling me I fell for the oldest scam in the industry. These appraisals are certified and authentic and notarized by the guy who did them.

Nothing fishy. The guy even had a document framed that said he was a authentic appraiser of domain names issued from an internet site online.

Let me tell you something...A domain worth as much as it important to the buyer.
So if you get a email from a "potential buyer" asking you to get appraisal - f***k ignore it.

The guy has a certificate that he got from a site online. I don't know if it is actually "legit" and or "trusted" web site. In fact, I'm starting to think they might just certify anybody that pays them the certification fee. Plus, the Appraisal Guy never graduated from High School. He told me that much when he explained why he framed his certificate printed from the internet that says he can appraise domain names. What kind of web site would let any moron become an appraiser?

Anyway . . . voyeur.jp ? Why would people in japan use the word voyeur? Doesn't make sense to me.
