I would skip past obscenity laws and check into the torture laws of the US.

The problem with U.S. law is you don't know what's "illegal" until the government tells you. The only things that are "illegal" are child porn and "obscenity."

Fisting is one of the areas that have been prosecuted in the past for obscenity, but who knows if any particular jury would find it obscene today or whether the government would choose to prosecute it.

100% correct. CP and animals illegal - everything else may or may not be considered obscene and therefore, every other sexual act is all gray.

But my advice, proceed with caution in regards to fisting. Someone somewhere wants that kind of material deemed obscene and they are working tirelessly towards that goal.
