That's why I said "making it easier."
Just because the CIA
can steal your data doesn't make it any less right. Also, when you store in the cloud, rules governing your data can get re-written at any point in time. Never forget that. Instagram tried to modify their TOS only weeks ago in that very manner:
Instagram says it now has the right to sell your photos
Sure, cloud storage is convenient, but ultimately you are exposing your data to a wider audience. Low hanging fruit always gets picked first.
