btw i used paxil for a long time and gained some weight too... my doc then switched me to lexapro (celexa or whatever it's called in states), and my weight got back to normal in a month or two, while still as effective as paxil was... try asking your doc if you worry about the weight gained

We have both drugs here in the US, Celexa and Lexapro. My doctor took me off all of the SSRI drugs and said not to take them. I have bad reactions to them besides just the weight gain. So now I am on Xanax. I guess they plan to keep me in the group of Benzo drugs.Comment
